Miami born, Colombia grown. Mario Alzate was raised in the city of Armenia, Colombia, surrounded by the smell of coffee and green landscapes. His ascetic is a synergistic inspiration of both worlds. Mario graduated in design studies at ITESO in Guadalajara, Mexico - where he discovered his craft through courses in analog photography and darkroom techniques.

His unique portraits of great artists such as Sofia Vergara, Rosalía, Juanes, JBalvin, Maluma, Chayanne, Sebastián Yatra, have positioned him in important publications around the world.
